Artists impression of Stitch-up

Going by the name Stitch-up. It is between 20 and 21mm in diameter, 2mm wide, has 4 holes, appears black in normal daylight with a distinctive curved rim. Possibly associated with a summer jacket - last seen hanging out around the shoulder region. Great care should be taken when approaching, although not considered dangerous, its accomplices Needle and Thread have been known to cause great distress. Thread can be highly unreliable and needle has a deadly point. Together they have been known to bind their victims and more distressingly randomly drop them at unknown locations - never to be seen again.
